Each treatment is bespoke and tailored to your needs, focusing on areas of tension or discomfort using a blend of holistic, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports techniques. Hot Stone massage is also available to enhance relaxation and ease muscle tightness. I keep pricing straightforward, so you only pay for the time we spend together.

1. “I’m A First Timer – Be Gentle” – 60 minutes – £60
   If this is your first time with me, the treatment will be a little longer so we can get to know each other and find out what you want to achieve from our sessions.
   *session is 90 minutes duration including initial consultation, 60 minutes on the bench and feedback.
2. “Desk Detox” – 45 minutes – £50
   Unwind the knots from hours spent at a desk with a targeted treatment to reset your upper and lower back, neck, and shoulders.
   *session is 60 minutes duration including consultation, 45 minutes on the bench and feedback.
3. “Sort Me Out, Properly” – 60 minutes – £60
   A focused, no-nonsense session to target key tension areas and get you feeling fabulous again.
   *session is 75 minutes duration including consultation, 60 minutes on the bench and feedback.
4. “The Tension Tamer” – 75 minutes – £70
   Perfect for tackling built-up stress with a combination of deep tissue, holistic techniques, and optional hot stones to melt away tightness.
   *session is 90 minutes duration including consultation, 75 minutes on the bench and feedback.
5. “Long & Deep Please” – 90 minutes – £80
   A luxurious full-body journey for ultimate relaxation, combining bespoke massage techniques and plenty of time to ease every ache.
